Connect to my RunMotion Coach account

When you download the RunMotion Coach app, you will have an introductory conversation.

The first question is: ‘**What is your name**’. You will then be asked if you already have an account. If so, you can log in.

I cannot log in.



If you have problems logging in, you can request a new password.

The message will show you whether this was successful. For security reasons, however, we do not show you whether the email is stored in the database.

It is therefore possible that you do not actually have an account with this email address. You can then try another email address that you have.

Remember to check in the spam/spam emails if you have not received an email to reset your password (sent with the email address **app@run-motion.com****).**

I have not created an account or I can’t find it



If you are still having trouble logging in, you can write to us by providing the following information:

Name in the app
Date of birth specified in the app
Name of a prepared objective

We will get back to you quickly to provide the email address you used. If you have not linked your account to an email address (because this process is optional), we will add the email address to your account so that you can log in again.
