# How do I modify today's workout?

Want to adjust today's scheduled workout directly in the app? Whether you have a last-minute change of plans, a personal commitment, or simply want to adapt your schedule, here's how to do it.
## 1. Open your current week's timeline and find today's workout

Open the RunMotion Coach app, then go to either:
* Your **Dashboard**
* Or the **Timeline** (the tab showing this week's workouts)
Find today's workout.
You can also access the edit options directly from the workout description.
## 2. Tap the Pencil icon or the Edit button

Open the workout editor by tapping the **Pencil** icon or the **Edit** button.

## 3. Adjust your workout

You can now customize your workout according to your needs:
* **Short on time?** Adjust the workout duration.
* **Not in the mood for a run?** Change the sport for today's workout.
* **Want a different type of session?** Modify the workout type.
From this screen, you'll also be able to quickly and easily change the day of this session using the **“Move the Session”** button, or delete it entirely.

### Good to know

* This feature is available **only with Premium**.
* You can now edit your workouts at the last minute, but try to avoid scheduling two hard workouts on consecutive days to allow for proper recovery.
