How do I restore a subscription?
In rare cases, a subscription may no longer be linked to a RunMotion account.
For example, this can happen if you are no longer a Premium subscriber in the app even though your subscription has not yet expired. In this case, the solution is to Restore my purchases via My profile (icon at the bottom right of the menu) > Premium Subscription section, then click on "Restore my purchases".
Google Play or the App Store will provide more details about your current subscription status.
RunMotion Coach subscriptions are valid for only one RunMotion Coach account. If you want to create a new account, you can link your subscription to this new account by restoring your purchases.
