How to get an invoice for my Premium subscription?

If you subscribed via Apple or Google, we are unable to issue an invoice directly ourselves, as it must be handled by Apple or Google. The invoice will clearly state that the purchase corresponds to a subscription for RunMotion Coach.

To request an invoice for a subscription purchased via the App Store (Apple), follow these steps: here.
To request an invoice for a subscription purchased via Google Play, follow these steps: here.

If you subscribed via our Store ( https://store.run-motion.com), you can find the invoice by searching your email history for messages from: store@run-motion.com.
