How to sign up for a challenge

Join a challenge

There are 2 ways to join a challenge

In either case, you must download the app and complete the first conversation after installation. If you are a beginner, all you have to do is enter your first name and agree to the terms of use – it takes less than 2 minutes! If you are already a runner, you will only be asked 2 or 3 more questions to find out a bit more about your training.

Then you are on the main screen

If you want to go directly to a public challenge, click on the + button on the main screen > Add a challenge.

If you are participating in a private challenge or have the direct link to the public challenge, you just need to click on the link again (after you have downloaded the app and finished the first conversation). The challenge will then open in full screen mode.

You can click on ‘**Join this challenge**’ to join in.

Increase the challenge gauge

To sync your activities, the easiest way is to go to Profile (top left icon) to Connect a tracking app (also called Activity Tracking if you already have a provider connected), and then click on the logo of the partner app you are using: Garmin, Strava, Polar, Sunnto, Coros, adidas Running, Apple Health, Fitbit…

Once you have given your authorization, your activities will be tracked automatically. You can revoke access to your activities at any time on the Connect a tracking app page (also called Activity Tracking), with unsubscribe links at the bottom of the page.

You also have the option to manually enter an activity if you are not using partner apps via the + on the home page in the top right corner > Add a completed activity.
