Activate your RunMotion Coach Premium Code

When you purchase your subscription on https://store.run-motion.com or via a partner race page, you will receive an automatic email containing your Premium code. If you buy directly from https://store.run-motion.com, this email will come from store@run-motion.com and will be sent to you immediately after your order.

Activating it is super easy—just follow these three steps:

Download the app
Get RunMotion Coach Running from the App Store or Google Play.

Create your account
During your first conversation with the coach, go to "My Profile" (icon at the bottom right), then "My RunMotion Account", and click on "Log in to RunMotion". Enter your email and create a password.

Activate your Premium code

You typically receive your Premium code via email, either from our partner race or directly from us. On the activation page: https://run-motion.com/code, enter the email you just used and your code. Click "Validate", and your premium subscription will start immediately. Wait 10 seconds, close, and reopen the app to see the changes.

If something isn’t working, send us an email at app@run-motion.com with your email address and code.

The Difference Between Promo Codes and Premium Codes

Premium Code:
This allows you to activate a premium subscription in the app via the dedicated page.

Promo Code:
This code offers you a discount or benefit, but it does not work in the app. You must use it directly on our store when making purchases.
