Coach Philippe, Coach Joy or Coach Socrate propose you sessions to realize. Once done, click on “I did the session” in the description.
The coach then suggests that you link the planned session to the actual one.
If you have associated another tracking application or GPS watch with your RunMotion Coach account, activities will be suggested to you automatically. They must meet these 3 criteria:
- Activity carried out in the same sport as the planned session
- Date of the activity plus or minus 5 days from the planned session
- Session not already associated with this training plan or the previous one (if you have changed your goal in the meantime)
I can’t find my activity, what should I do?
First, check that the activity is of the same sport as the planned session, and if the date of the activity is close enough to the planned session.
Then, if the activity is still not available here or in “Report”, you can consult this page My activity is not uploaded, what should I do?
Can I still enter my activity manually?
Yes, by pressing Create activity manually.
If you have already validated the analysis, and then your activity is brought up, you have the possibility to Delete the analysis in its detail and to reassociate your planned session with the received activity.
