How can I cancel my Premium subscription?

Are you having problems using the RunMotion Coach app? We invite you to browse through the help section and write to us if necessary.


To cancel your subscription, please follow the steps depending on your platform.


If you subscribed through our website, log in to https://go.run-motion.com with the email address associated with your RunMotion account by clicking Log in to my RunMotion account.


If you have an active subscription, you can view it under Manage Subscription and cancel it there. If no active subscription appears, then no Premium subscription is associated with that account.


iTunes


To cancel your subscription, please follow the steps recommended by Apple: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039


Cancel a subscription on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch:


  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Tap Subscription.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription. (If you want to cancel Apple One but keep certain subscriptions, click Select individual services). If you do not see the "Cancel subscription" option, the subscription has already been canceled and will not be renewed.


Google Play

  1. On your computer, go to your subscription in Google Play
  2. Click Manage next to the subscription you want to cancel
  3. Click on Cancel subscription
  4. Select a reason in the confirmation pop-up window
  5. Click Continue

  • Subscriptions
  • Click on your RunMotion Coach subscription to manage it
  • You can cancel the automatic renewal by clicking on ‘Cancel subscription’


Subscription purchased on the RunMotion website


If you subscribed on the RunMotion website, sign in to go.run-motion.com with the email address linked to your RunMotion account, then open Manage Subscription to view and cancel your active subscription.


If no active subscription appears, there is no Premium subscription linked to that email address.


Important


Deleting the app or deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. You must cancel it from the store or website where the subscription was purchased.


If your subscription was purchased as part of a race registration, cancellation or refund may need to be handled by the race organizer rather than directly in RunMotion.
