Are you looking to set up a Triathlon goal on RunMotion Coach?



Just like with other goals, you can do that right here.

A few things to keep in mind for swimming and cycling:



For your triathlon training plan, you get to choose which days to schedule your swim and bike sessions, as these activities often require more planning compared to running.

Go to My Profile > Training Preferences > My Training Days to select your preferred cycling (up to 3 days) and swimming days (up to 3 days) for your plan.
