How to Add Stretching Sessions?

There are three scenarios where we recommend stretching:

Before a session: Dynamic stretches or hip mobility exercises.
After an activity: Only if the session wasn’t too intense.
On a rest day: Flexibility exercises.

To access stretching sessions, go to your home screen. Click on the RunMotion logo (icon at the bottom left) and then click on “Stretching”.



You’ll then have three stretching options:

Before a session.
After a workout.
On a rest day.



Choose the option that suits you best, and let’s go! With over 50 exercises divided into these three categories, you’ll never get bored 🔥

All sessions are guided via a "Player" where you can follow along in real-time.
The instructions are designed to help you perform the stretches correctly, and they are accessible even for those who are not very flexible. Never push yourself too hard, and reduce the range of motion if the exercise feels difficult.



Make sure to download version V7.4.0 or later of RunMotion Coach to access this new feature!
