How to delete my RunMotion account

The steps



Open the App: Launch the RunMotion Coach app.
Access Profile: Tap on the top-left icon to enter your profile.
Select Account: Choose "My RunMotion Account."
Delete Account: Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete My Account."

Deleting your account is a final action, but remember, there's a 30-day grace period to recover it by logging in again. If uncertain, back up any necessary data before deleting.

After the 30-day grace period, all your personal data will be permanently deleted from RunMotion's servers.

Premium Subscribers



If you're a Premium subscriber, it's crucial to take an extra step. Deleting your account doesn't stop your Premium subscription automatically. Before deleting your account, ensure you've stopped the Premium subscription separately.
