What types of objectives can I prepare with the app?
You can prepare different race objectives, with the ‘being a finisher’ or with a ‘time objective’:
Road races:
5 km, 10 km, 20 km, half marathon, marathon, 100 km or any other distance.
Trails: from short trails to ultra trails, regardless of distance and elevation gain.
You can prepare for competitions for up to a year and a half. However, we advise you to set your main objectives every 3 to 6 months, especially if you do several races a year.
You can set objectives for well-being:
Run for 30 minutes or 1 hour without stopping
Lose weight or slim
Run regularly 2, 3 or 4 times a week
Prepare for another sport, with a focus on speed or endurance
Quit smoking by combining running with specific advice
These wellbeing objectives are spread over a period of 4 to 12 weeks (1 to 3 months), depending on your preferences.
