📊 Track your progress with RunMotion Coach statistics

RunMotion Coach is more than just a training plan — it’s a complete tool to track and analyze your progress. From the very start of your journey with us, you can find all your statistics organized by year, by goal, by sport… and much more!

🎯 Are you on track for your current goal?

To check whether your training load matches your current objective, head to the graph on the app’s home screen.

“Your activity” section

Here, you’ll see your overall training load (all sports combined), shown as a green curve.

The green shaded area represents the optimal zone defined by your plan, helping you avoid both undertraining and overtraining.

You can also view your training load by sport.

👉 If a sport is included in your plan, the shaded area shows the expected training load for that sport.

Explore week by week

Tap on a week number to access detailed data for that week (for a specific sport or all sports combined).

Within this view, choose a metric (for example: distance, duration, etc.) to display the corresponding graph.
