The days for my long runs or interval training sessions don’t match the ones I set — what should I do?
It may happen that the days scheduled for your long runs or interval training sessions do not match the days you set in your training plan.
Here’s how to fix it.
Check your special periods
This can occur if you currently have a special period active (vacation, injury, etc.).
If this special period is no longer relevant, you can end it.
Once the special period is over, your training plan should display the workouts on the correct days again.
Check your menstrual cycle
As with special periods, you can temporarily remove your menstrual cycle to see if this resolves the issue.
What if the problem persists?
If, after these checks, your workouts still don’t appear on the correct days, feel free to contact our support team by email.
We’ll do our best to help you find a solution quickly 💪
