How do I set the first day of the week?

The first day of the week isn’t a setting within the app; it depends on your phone’s system preferences.

For iOS

Go to Settings → General → Language & Region, where you can choose the first day of the week.

You can change the first day of the week by adjusting the language of the RunMotion Coach app in your phone settings.

If you select US English or Canadian English, the first day of the week will be Sunday.
If you select French (FR) or UK English, it will be Monday.

To change the app language, go to Settings → Apps → RunMotion → Language.
