How to add S&C (Strength & Conditioning) to your RunMotion Coach training plan?
To add S&C sessions to your RunMotion Coach plan, go to your settings. Click on your profile (icon at the bottom right), then click on "Settings" Next, click on "Training Preferences" and then on "My Training Days".
You can choose up to 2 strength training days per week. We recommend not scheduling two strength sessions back-to-back. The sessions are conducted via a "Player" where you can follow along live (make sure to download version V6 or later of RunMotion Coach).
Note: Sound alerts are available. If you have an iPhone, remember to turn off silent mode or vibrate 😉.
You also have the option to indicate your level in S&C. To do this, go to your training preferences and click on "My level in S&C and swimming level".
