When you download the RunMotion Coach app, you’ll see a welcome screen with two options:

  • If you don’t have an account yet, tap Get Started.
  • If you already have an account, tap I Already Have an Account.


I can't log in


If you’re having trouble logging in, you can request a new password.


A confirmation message will tell you whether the request was successful. For security reasons, however, we do not indicate whether the email address is registered in our database.


This may simply mean that no account is associated with that email address. In that case, try another email address you may have used.


Also, remember to check your spam or junk folder if you haven’t received the password reset email (sent from password@run-motion.com).


I forgot the email address linked to my account


If you no longer remember which email address is linked to your account, try the email addresses you may have used before.


If you still can’t find the right one, contact us and provide:

  • the email address you think may be linked to the account, if you have one
  • your first name
  • your date of birth entered in the app


We can use this information to identify the account and tell you which email address is linked to it.


I haven’t created an account or I can’t find it


If you’re still unable to log in, feel free to contact us and provide the following information:

  • Your name in the app
  • Your date of birth entered in the app
  • The name of one of your training goals


We’ll get back to you as quickly as possible to help identify the email address linked to your account.
If your account was not linked to an email address yet (since this step is optional), we’ll add one for you so you can log back in.
