Export a session to my Coros Watch
Before exporting your session to your watch, you first need to grant the necessary permissions so that your RunMotion app can connect to your Coros account. Here's how to do it!
Set up export to Coros
Directly in your plan settings via the "My RunMotion" tab (2️⃣) accessible from your profile (1️⃣), go to the configuration for exporting your training plan (3️⃣).
Find "Coros" (4️⃣) in the list and click on "Connect" (5️⃣).
Enter your Coros username and password (6️⃣) to enable authorization.
Once everything is set up correctly, a page will confirm it. You can exit this page using the cross at the top left (7️⃣) (this won’t remove the authorization).
At any time, you can:
- 8️⃣: Disable export to Coros via the "Disconnect" link,
- 9️⃣ and 🔟: Check the permissions granted for exporting your sessions.
Export my planned sessions to my watch
Once your RunMotion app and Coros watch are set up, you’ll be able to export your session and complete it using your watch.
In your RunMotion Coach app, you can export an entire week or a specific session from your training plan.
- Export a full week: go to your plan (1️⃣) and tap the Watch icon (2️⃣)!
- Export a specific session: directly in the session you're interested in, click the Export link.
A message will confirm when everything is good to go!
Retrieve my session on the Coros app
Go to the Coros app under Progress > Training Plan, then by tapping it, the exported sessions should **appear, like here for Wednesday: Endurance 1h00 and 13.85 km planned.**
