Export a session to Google Calendar
Training effectively requires consistency. And what better way to stay consistent than planning your week?
Before you can export your sessions to your calendar, you first need to give the RunMotion app permission to connect to your Google Calendar. Here's how to do it!
✅ Grant permission to export to Google Calendar
- Open your RunMotion Coach app and go to your Profile (icon on the right in the bottom menu),
- Access your plan settings via the "My RunMotion" tab,
- Go to the "Export training plan" section to set up the export of your plan to your calendar,
- Then, select Google Calendar from the list,
- If not yet connected, tap the "Connect" button
- Sign in to your Google account,
- Don’t forget to approve the permission so it works (tap "Continue")!
- Once everything is set, a page will confirm it. You can exit this page via the cross at the top left: this will not remove the authorization.
At any time, you can:
- 9️⃣: Disable the export via the "Disconnect" link,
- 🔟 and 11: Check the permissions granted for exporting your sessions.
🔁 Sync my Google Calendar with my Apple Calendar
You can follow Google's help guide to perform this sync.
🖨️ Print my training plan
Sometimes users ask to print the next 4 weeks. You can export the 4 weeks via the app to Google Calendar, then print the sessions by following this Google Calendar help guide.
