Polar Does Not Offer Automatic Export

No application can technically export workouts automatically to Polar watches. Why? Because Polar does not prioritize developing the functionality to export a session from another app.

If they ever decide to enable this feature, we will be among the first to integrate it, just as we have done for Suunto, Coros, and Apple Watch. Garmin has offered this possibility for at least five years.
As soon as Polar is ready to accept training sessions from other services like RunMotion Coach, we commit to integrating this export feature within 15 days.

If this affects you, please don’t leave us a 1-star review on app stores (yes, this has happened before… something like "1 star: the app is great, but my Polar doesn't support export." 😅).

Instead, you can write directly to Polar support and let them know that you’d love to have structured workouts on your watch!

We are in regular contact with Polar, and despite frequently relaying user requests from Polar & RunMotion Coach, as of 2024, Polar’s development team still does not consider export a priority. Rest assured, we will integrate this feature quickly as soon as they make it available!
