Why aren't swimming sessions and S&C (Strength and Conditioning) workouts exported to my watch?

For swimming, the main reason is that most providers don't support the export of swimming data. Sometimes, you have to specify whether the pool is 25m or 50m, or if it’s open water. This adds complexity to the integration and standardization of data, making it difficult to ensure a seamless and reliable export. However, we understand the value of this feature for our users, and we are working to make it possible in 2025 for providers who support it.

For S&C workouts, the situation is slightly different. Our S&C video module offers a far more immersive and interactive experience than what a simple text-based display on a watch could provide. The videos offer clear visual instructions and precise demonstrations of exercises, which are crucial for performing movements correctly and effectively. In comparison, text instructions on a watch would not only be hard to read, but also insufficient to convey the subtleties of the movements and postures needed.
