How to share your session on Strava ?

You love training with RunMotion and want to share your progress with your friends and family?

Good news! An integration between Strava and RunMotion Coach is now available!
You no longer need to manually rename all your Strava activities ("morning run," "evening run," etc.): your Strava activity is automatically renamed with the details of the session you completed.
This works only for sessions that you have "linked" in your RunMotion Coach app, connecting the planned session with the completed session.
Here’s how to set it up:

Open your RunMotion Coach App
Go to settings
Then click on "Connect a tracking app"
Select Strava
Check the following 3 boxes: "Edit activity title on Strava"; "Edit activity description on Strava"; and "Create a Strava activity after a strenght and conditioning session." You don't need to check all the boxes. If you only want to modify the activity title, just check that box 😉

Finally, click on on the check mark at top right

Congratulations! Sharing your RunMotion Coach sessions on Strava is now set up!

Happy training!

Note: If your Strava profile is private, make sure to check the option "Access data from your private activities" to receive your private activities on RunMotion Coach.
